Cancellation or modification requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Because we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified after it has been placed.

Once processing or shipment has begun, you may need to receive the order and follow our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates displayed on our Site are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, unusually high order volumes, or incorrect shipping information.

Our current estimated standard delivery time for the United States is approximately 5–8 business days, subject to processing and carrier conditions.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and must satisfy the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, worn, washed, soiled, altered, or otherwise ineligible intimate apparel may not qualify for return.

Customers should contact us before returning an item. Please do not return products to the address appearing on the original shipping package unless specifically instructed to do so by our Customer Care team.
